Job Summary
The job of District Instructional Materials Technician is done for the purpose of providing advanced administrative, technical, and operational support to the Educational Services Department; coordinating and monitoring districtwide curriculum and library materials processes; supporting curriculum adoptions and instructional materials management; maintaining accurate inventories and records; serving as a key information resource to staff and vendors; and performing complex clerical and program-support functions requiring initiative, discretion, and independent judgment. This job reports to the Associate Superintendent of Educational Services and/or Elementary and Secondary Directors of Education.
Requirements / Qualifications
If you are not currently, or never have been, a clerical employee of VUSD, please attach proof of a passing score on the district clerical exam OR an online typing test with a passing score of 40 WPM.

Demonstrated proficiency with office and data management technology
District clerical skills proficiency test
