Job Summary
The job of Secretary - District is done for the purpose/s of providing a variety of secretarial support to assigned administrator and department; establishing and maintaining department records; coordinating assigned projects; and compiling and distributing a wide variety of material and reports; utilizing independent judgment perform complex technical and secretarial duties; and providing public relations and communication concerning district activities, regulations, and procedures. This job reports to Departmental Administrator.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Related experience is required
Typing test (minimum 40wpm)
Tuberculosis Clearance
Salary
$4,015.08-$5,122.39 per month
